With strong momentum in the Australian market, they’re investing in a key role to expand their presence across Western Australia’s operating mines. The Role Reporting to the National Mining Manager, the Sustaining Capital / MRO Engineering Specialist will uncover and deliver opportunities within brownfield mining environments - focusing on sustaining capital and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends technical expertise with commercial execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to deliver solutions that improve reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sustaining capital and MRO opportunities across WA mine sites. Build strong relationships with owner engineering, maintenance teams, and contractors. Provide technical advice and develop proposals demonstrating lifecycle cost benefits. Support site trials and collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to align targets and capture long-term revenue growth. To succeed, you’ll bring: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5–10 years’ experience in mining, maintenance, or technical sales. Strong understanding of sustaining capital projects and MRO cycles. Confident communicator with strong technical, business and commercial acumen. Self-starter who thrives working independently and on site.
