As a key member of the Sanderson High School Leadership and Management Team, the Senior Teacher â The Arts, Technologies, Health and Physical Education / Year 7 coordinator provides curriculum and pastoral leadership across key learning areas and the secondary years. The role ensures the effective design, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of learning programs while supporting staff and students to achieve positive educational and wellbeing outcomes. The position includes coordination of Year 7 programs, leadership of The Arts, Technologies, and Health and Physical Education Learning Teams, and oversight of Year 7 wellbeing, transition, the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and School Sport Education initiatives.
