About the roleAs an Administration Officer within the Queensland Telestroke Service, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient operations. You will assist the clinical and management teams in delivering timely, accurate, and professional administrative services. Key Responsibilities- Deliver confidential administrative support to the Clinical Director and senior staff, including diary and meeting management.- Coordinate correspondence, travel, rosters, HR, and payroll documentation within required timeframes.- Maintain and update databases and electronic systems such as ieMR, ESM, and HBCIS.- Liaise effectively with staff and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.- Support recruitment, reporting, and other operational processes within the Telestroke Service.
