Seeking an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to provide high-level technical support, investigations, design, audits and advisory services on electrical standards and infrastructure for a leading utility. What you’ll do - Lead concept and detailed design for EIC projects on large water assets - Provide expert design input and technical audits to meet time and budget - Drive Safety in Design (SiD) within engineering workflows - Develop and maintain EIC standards, governance and guidelines - Deliver clear documentation and coordinate with engineers, contractors and suppliers - Support operations, maintenance and condition-based monitoring strategies - Share knowledge through training and forums; collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Who you are - Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Controls Engineering - Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or eligible to obtain. - Subject Matter Expert in EIC with water/large engineering context - Proven experience in investigation, concept and detailed design, and auditing of EIC installations - Knowledge of EIC practices in water/infrastructure - Desirable: installation/commissioning experience, Safety in Design exposure Key competencies - Safety leadership and WHS compliance - Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration - Technical governance and standards development - Innovation and staying current with industry practices ABN or PAYG under a 12 Month hourly contract paid weekly To submit your application, in strict confidence, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
