You’ll play a vital role in maintaining quality standards and meeting service level agreements across a range of operational tasks related to family law and superannuation. Please note prior law/legal industry experience is not required in this role. What You’ll Be Doing Provide superior customer service across phone and written enquiries. Process family law-related requests including Form 6/Information requests, procedural fairness, and payment splits. Action inbound correspondence and follow-ups within required SLAs. Ensure compliance with legislative and fund-specific procedures to minimise risk. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and meet deadlines. Contribute to reporting and quality review processes. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Be a positive and proactive team member, supporting shared goals.
