Your new role: As an Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of Redlands Residential Care by: * Providing high-quality administrative and front-line support to clients, visitors and staff with empathy, professionalism and discretion. * Managing client health records, correspondence, and data using systems such as CHIMS and Lee Care. * Maintaining accurate filing systems, document tracking and assisting with legal or coroner-related documentation as required. * Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and supplies to ensure seamless daily operations. * Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and maintaining efficient office systems in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. * Demonstrating the Queensland Health core values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, engagement, and excellence in all you do. About you: You'll bring proven administrative skills and a commitment to high-quality service, along with: * Strong office administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems quickly. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with clients, visitors and staff. * Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team. * Experience handling confidential information with tact and professionalism. * A collaborative approach that supports inclusive, respectful and safe workplace practices.
