Your new role: Join the Specialist Outpatient Department and provide high-level administrative support that helps our clinicians deliver exceptional patient care. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and staff, coordinating appointments and ensuring every interaction reflects Metro South Health's ICARE² values. Key responsibilities include: * Managing patient bookings, cancellations, and clinic coordination across multiple campuses. * Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. * Maintaining accurate patient records and performing billing or reporting functions as required. * Prioritising tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment. * Supporting the Outpatients team by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
