The Role Reporting to the Head of Contracts, this role supports the delivery of governance, compliance and administrative processes across the company’s franchise network. It’s a hands-on opportunity to develop your legal, regulatory and commercial acumen while working alongside experienced legal, operations and governance professionals. Key responsibilities include: Providing timely, accurate and commercially oriented support to ensure compliance across the franchise network; Coordinating franchise documentation, projects and process improvements; Assisting with audits, compliance findings and implementation of process changes; Supporting legal and governance activities including drafting, briefings and record-keeping; Preparing meeting materials, minutes and reports for management and committees; and Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify risks and support practical solutions. About You You are an organised and detail-oriented professional with a sound understanding of commercial, legal or compliance processes. You enjoy working in a structured, high-performing team and bring strong communication skills, initiative and discretion. You will ideally have: At least 1 years’ experience in a legal, regulatory or compliance environment; Excellent organisational and time management skills; High attention to detail and comfort working with complex documentation; and Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written communication skills.
