About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'. About the Role Reporting to the Director Judicial Information Services, the Legal Research Officer - Projects researches, writes and updates the College's widely referenced publications and resources. They progress multiple legal research projects simultaneously, maintaining the quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables. About You * You have strong experience in legal research, with a background in legal practice, academia, legal policy or judicial education. You have a broad knowledge of the Victorian justice system. * You have a reputation for exceptional plain language legal writing skills, with the demonstrated ability to clearly communicate legal facts and principles in a succinct and accessible manner. * Tertiary qualification in law required.
