Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements, head contracts, and procurement schedules. Oversee variations, progress claims, and monthly project reporting. Monitor budgets, cost tracking, and cashflow forecasting. Ensure contract compliance and maintain accurate documentation and registers. Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to achieve strong commercial results. About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction. Background in education or mid-tier commercial projects preferred. Strong understanding of contract management, financial controls, and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $140K–$160K Super (commensurate with experience).
