Key Responsibilities Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award to final account. Prepare and review variations, progress claims, and procurement documentation. Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project flow. Ensure compliance with budget, timeline, and quality standards throughout delivery. About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial or fitout construction . Sound understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial control. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office. Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights required. What’s On Offer $110K–$130K Super (experience dependent).
