Your new role: As a Senior Social Worker in Clinical Education, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and enhance patient outcomes by: * Delivering comprehensive social work assessments, interventions, and evaluations within an interprofessional team. * Providing clinical education, supervision, and mentorship to students, graduates, and early-career clinicians. * Developing and delivering innovative, evidence-based education programs and workshops. * Supporting service quality and clinical improvement initiatives across the department. * Applying advanced clinical reasoning, decision-making and independent practice to complex cases. * Contributing to policy, procedure, and protocol development aligned with best practice. About you: You're a dedicated social work professional passionate about clinical excellence and education, thriving in a fast-paced environment with: * A tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). * Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level clinical services within a healthcare setting. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. * Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting students and less experienced practitioners. * Proven ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate educational or service improvement initiatives. * Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills within a complex clinical environment.
