Key Responsibilities Manage head and subcontract agreements from start to finish. Prepare and process progress claims, variations, and procurement documentation. Track budgets, monitor costs, and assist with financial reporting. Support Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. About You Experience as a Contracts Administrator within the WA construction industry. Strong grasp of contract management, cost control, and compliance. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Confident communicator with a team-focused attitude.
