About the Role Research and analyse trends in fabrics, trims, construction, and technologies to develop innovative product concepts. Design and develop apparel ranges that balance creativity, performance, and commercial viability. Produce detailed technical specifications and support fitting and sample appraisals. Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver mood boards, design presentations, and product samples. Conduct product testing and ensure compliance with relevant performance and safety standards. Support pricing and profitability objectives through smart material and construction choices. Represent the design function in client meetings, tenders, and range presentations. About You Bachelor’s degree in Apparel and/or Textile Design (Patternmaking or Textile Technology desirable). Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Senior Designer or equivalent apparel design role – workwear, performance wear, or corporate uniform experience highly regarded. Strong technical understanding of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes. Excellent time and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results to tight deadlines.
