About the role Provide administrative support to the Social Work department, whilst maintaining confidentiality for the Director of Social Work About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outline below. * Effectively communicate with the customers and demonstrated understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus. * Maintain appropriate front reception including arrival of patients for appointments and clinics. Utilising Hospital based computer systems. HBCIS, ieMR, ESM, Referral Workflow, The Viewer, S4Hanna, Message Media, QFlow, Smart Referrals, Excel and Word as necessary. * Provide confidential administrative support including producing high quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the heads of Departments.
