We're looking for S26 Civil / Construction Supervisors and Project Engineers for a 12 month Project Start Date : Nov 2025 Duration: 12 Months Roster: 2:1 (FIFO Ex Perth) Pay Rates: $75-$85 Per Hour for S26 Supervisor / $60-$70 p er hour for Project Engineers ( ABN or PAYG Available ) Role1: Civil & Construction Supervisors (S26 or equivalent) x 5 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations across civil inground services, earthworks, and concrete scopes. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Monitor progress against schedule and report to site leadership. Ensure compliance with client safety, quality, and environmental standards. Lead toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site inductions. Requirements: Proven experience in remote infrastructure builds, ideally within mining or heavy industrial environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Rio Tinto inductions and relevant tickets (preferred but not essential). S26 Supervisor qualification or equivalent Role2: Project Engineers - Civil & Concrete x 5 Key Responsibilities: Support planning, coordination, and execution of civil and concrete works. Assist with design reviews, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management. Monitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Liaise with Client engineering team and site supervisors to resolve issues. Prepare progress reports, ITPs, and assist with cost tracking. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Demonstrated experience in project engineering roles on major infrastructure or mining projects. Strong understanding of earthworks, concrete, and inground services. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
