Based from our Archerfield depot, you'll undertake a mix of driving & local deliveries (relief Tilt Tray Driver), delivering forklifts and plant to our customers. Both roles key responsibilities include: Forklift operation Load and unload forklifts and plant Operate vehicles in a safe manner Monitor & maintain schedules to ensure timely deliveries Communicate with customers Contribute to a safe and harmonious working environment Relief warehouse role includes: Loading/unloading trucks, containers & equipment General movement & storage within the yard Maintain a clean & orderly warehouse What you’ll need Current HR drivers licence (HC/MC licence an advantage) Fit with ability to undertake manual handling Flexibility to accept various runs Current forklift licence and MSIC beneficial, but not essential Driver history and pre employment medical - including ongoing drug & alcohol testing Valid Australian working rights Who are we Howie Transport is a local, family-owned and operated company, providing local and interstate freight transport services.
