This is a exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager ready to step up into a Construction Manager position, taking the reins across multiple large-scale refurbishments of existing event spaces, structural upgrades, and rooftop terrace developments. We are looking to implement a 'buffer' management level to free up the CEO. With projects valued up to $10M, you'll oversee project delivery, drive programming and site performance, and mentor a capable team of PMs, CAs, and Site Managers.
