Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Electrical Construction Project Engineer / Support Officer for a well-established electrical contractor doing commercial construction work across Southeast Queensland. This is a hybrid role with the option of working onsite or remotely , reporting to the Director you’ll help support the delivery of major electrical construction projects by combining technical know-how , project coordination , and commercial support , ensuring the work is delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the required standards. Responsibilities include: Overseeing and coordinating daily electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety requirements Supervising and monitoring electricians to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality Reviewing and implementing method statements, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and work packs Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities in line with project plans and relevant standards Maintaining accurate QA/QC records, inspections, and reporting Identifying, escalating, and resolving technical issues proactively with engineering and design teams Ensuring electrical works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations Requirements include: Electrical engineering degree or trade qualified Experience in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction documentation and commercial processes Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or remotely while supporting site delivery To apply for this position please click on the APPLY link below and upload a copy of your resume.
