The Company Our client is a family-owned fleet management organisation located on St Kilda Road. They are continuing to grow and so require an Administration Officer to support their Fleet Management & Settlements teams. The Role Working across both the Fleet Management & Settlements teams, this role is integral to the success of the business and smooth running of operations. They are looking for a detail-oriented and system savvy professional that is able to multitask effectively. Your role will be a mix of Administration , Accounts and Customer Support. This is a temporary role commencing ASAP and for the right candidate it has the view to convert into a long term fixed-term position. They operate Monday-Friday, 38-hour week, 2 days in office 3 from home per week (once training is complete). Duties Some of your key duties will include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email. General administrative tasks and projects wherever required. Review credit applications and ensure applicants are processed timely and efficiently. Manage outstanding credit requirements, obtaining any additional necessary documentation to support credit assessments. Liaise with financiers, generating and sending procurement invoices. Submitting documents for settlements. Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in an Administrative role - 2/3 years minimum. Previous experience providing exceptional Customer Service. A system and technology savvy approach. Exceptional attention to detail, initiative & adaptability. Have full working rights in Australia.
