About the Role As Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio, overseeing workflow, compliance and advisory outcomes while leading a capable and engaged team. You'll work closely with Directors on commercial and strategic projects, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value. This role also includes access to a structured leadership development program designed to enhance your capability across communication, stakeholder engagement and people leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage client engagements across accounting and advisory. Oversee compliance and reporting deliverables. Mentor and coach junior team members. Provide strategic and taxation advice to a diverse client base. Support Directors on advisory projects and client relationships. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. About You 7 years' experience in a business services or advisory firm. CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent). Excellent technical and commercial knowledge.
