This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to be part of a major, high-profile build—working alongside a respected team recognised for their professionalism, innovation, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full contract lifecycle from procurement and tender award through to final accounts Prepare, assess, and negotiate variations, progress claims, and subcontractor payments Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting to ensure financial accuracy Oversee procurement activities in line with project and company standards Maintain meticulous contract documentation using systems such as Cheops and Aconex Support Project Managers with cost control, risk management, and commercial strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and construction methodologies Proficiency in Cheops, Aconex , or equivalent contract management systems Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Salary package up to $180K Super (depending on experience) Opportunity to work on a high-profile $100M landmark project in Perth Site-based role offering long-term stability and structured career progression Join a builder with robust systems, supportive leadership , and a strong industry reputation Work in a professional, team-focused environment where your contribution matters Excellent long-term prospects and exposure to major tiered project delivery Take the next step in your commercial construction career—join a team delivering one of Perth’s most prestigious builds.
