About You You’re a hands-on Project Engineer with proven experience in civil construction who thrives on delivering quality work safely and efficiently. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Solid experience in road, subdivision, or infrastructure projects. Good understanding of QA, cost control, and project documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and contribute to planning and delivery. About the Role This role will see you supporting the delivery of complex civil works from planning through to completion. Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met. Prepare, track, and review project documentation including RFIs, variations, and progress claims. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum. Assist in procurement, scheduling, and cost reporting. Promote a strong safety and compliance culture on site.
