As the Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for coordinating material orders, managing lead times, and ensuring efficient project delivery. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being a key link between office, suppliers, and site teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using the company price book Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery schedules, and lead times Track departmental performance and provide scheduling support across projects Monitor budgets and generate cost control reports Process and approve invoices in line with company procedures Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues proactively Maintain clear communication between estimating, site, and procurement teams Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience in scheduling, estimating, or procurement within residential construction Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and trades Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Databuild or similar software highly regarded Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) What’s On Offer Salary: $70K–$80K Super (based on experience) Permanent, full-time position with a respected WA builder Convenient Osborne Park location , close to major amenities Supportive management focused on employee development and training Long-term career stability with progression opportunities Collaborative, down-to-earth workplace that values contribution Take the next step in your construction career—join a reputable builder committed to quality, growth, and people.
