We are seeking experienced Civil & Construction Supervisors (S26) to join a major Pilbara infrastructure project involving bulk earthworks, civil inground services, structural concrete and associated works. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing delivery team contributing to a critical infrastructure upgrade in the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations across civil, earthworks and concrete scopes. Coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Monitor progress against schedule and report to site leadership. Ensure compliance with client safety, quality and environmental standards. Lead toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inductions. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision. Proven experience in remote infrastructure builds, ideally within mining or heavy industrial environments. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Rio Tinto inductions and relevant tickets (preferred). MUST HAVE - S26 Supervisor qualification.
