What will you be doing: As the Administrative Coordinator, you will support the Director and wider team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional administrative and project support. This role is fast-paced, varied and best suited to someone who thrives on juggling priorities, supporting others and keeping things running smoothly Duties will include: Support the efficient operation of the team by managing administrative tasks and project related admin. Initiate and set up new projects Assist with forecasting, project progress updates and end-of-month invoice follow-up Coordinate and manage travel bookings Manage the calendar for the SD Director, ensuring effective scheduling and time management. Do you have what it takes? Passion, energy and drive is what is needed in this role. Ideally you will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role It goes without saying you’re someone who thrives in a fast paced ever changing environment.
