Our Client Our client is based in Alexandria and looking for a Customer Service Office on a full-time permanent basis. Description Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to; Deliver multi-channel support, resolving product queries via phone, email, and live chat. Promote digital product adoption and ensure customers gain full benefit. Lead customer-focused initiatives to identify and solve issues. Spot process and knowledge gaps, collaborating with management to improve team performance. Track key success metrics including usage, retention, and feedback As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous call centre experience or strong switchboard use (e.g. reception/customer service) Administration experience Complaint resolution experience High attention to detail and typing accuracy A professional approach with great customer service skills Ability to switch between tasks and adhoc duties Opportunity Stable and secure full-time contract with opportunity for immediate start!
