We’re looking for an Associate or Principal Building Services Engineer to join a collaborative team of 8–10 professionals delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, education, health, residential, government, and industrial projects. This role will suit someone who’s not only technically strong and registered to sign off on work , but also enjoys mentoring others, shaping business direction, and building meaningful client relationships. About You: Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Registered Engineer (RPEQ / CPEng / Victoria Registration) able to sign off on work. Proven experience managing projects end-to-end within building services consulting. Confident communicating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
