Key Responsibilities Administer head and subcontractor agreements from award through to close-out. Manage variations, progress claims, procurement, and compliance documentation. Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and forecasting accuracy. Liaise with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial and delivery success. Support continuous improvement in contract management systems and procedures. About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the WA construction market. Sound understanding of contract law, cost control, and procurement processes . Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisation skills. Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite. Perth-based with full Australian working rights . What’s On Offer Competitive salary: $150K–$170K Super (DOE).
