About the work unit / facility The Rural Hospitals Service Group (RHSG) within Townsville Hospital and Health Service supports a network of regional facilities across North Queensland. Competitive salary and benefits * Salary between $3481.60 - $3835.70 per fortnight (AO4). * 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. * Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%. About your opportunity As the Workforce Coordinator, you will lead recruitment and onboarding activities across the Rural Hospitals Service Group. You'll provide expert advice, manage compliance, and support workforce engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for recruitment, and a commitment to improving healthcare access in rural communities. Requirements * Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or workforce coordination. * Advanced computer skills and ability to manage databases and records systems. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. * Ability to interpret awards, policies, and legislative requirements. * Vaccination requirements as per Queensland Health VPD policy. * Class 'C' motor vehicle licence required. * A probationary period may apply.
