We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer with strong estimating experience to join a well-established contractor delivering water infrastructure projects across WA's mining sector. This is a Perth-based role offering long-term career development and the chance to work on technically challenging projects. The Opportunity: Prepare competitive tenders for civil, mechanical, and piping infrastructure projects Attend site visits and contribute to scope reviews and execution planning Manage RFQs and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes for compliance and value Assist in developing construction methodologies, schedules, and client documentation Support handover packs and post-tender reviews for continuous improvement What We're Looking For: 3â5 years of site-based experience in water infrastructure within mining (HDPE pipeline experience highly regarded) Degree qualified in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Proven estimating experience in civil/mechanical/piping projects Ability to interpret drawings/specifications across multiple disciplines Strong Excel and Word skills; familiarity with estimating tools (Candy, CostX, Expert Estimation) and scheduling software (MS Project, P6) is a bonus Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure Why Apply?
