ABOUT THE ROLE Temporary Supply Chain Administrator position for three months with the potential to extend Sydney CBD location with a hybrid work model, three days in the office and two days from home flexibility $40 per hour plus super, central to a large-scale platform migration project The role blends administration, stakeholder engagement and data analysis, making it perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys both structure and problem solving. You will be responsible for contacting carriers, gathering and interpreting data, updating pricing structures, and supporting the broader team with accurate reporting. You'll liaise closely with internal stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and help identify opportunities for commercial improvement through data insights. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited to someone confident in Excel and comfortable dealing with a wide range of external partners. DUTIES Manage outreach to a large portfolio of carriers, collecting key business information and encouraging platform migration Update and maintain rate cards and pricing information across multiple systems Conduct Excel-based analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to identify pricing deltas and opportunities Coordinate and schedule meetings with external stakeholders and internal teams Gather and interpret data from legacy systems to support decision-making Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or construction would be highly desirable Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with a broad range of stakeholders High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting A proactive mindset and strong problem solving abilities OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
