Maintenance Electrician – Food Manufacturing | Virginia, SA Day Shift | Competitive Salary | Overtime | Immediate Start An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a major food manufacturing business located in Virginia, SA . You will work in a well-established team environment focused on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the electrical integrity of all plant and processing equipment, supporting safe and efficient production. Key responsibilities: Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery. Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime and maintain production output. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and process upgrades. Work closely with the broader maintenance and production teams to identify improvements in equipment reliability and performance. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and site quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
