We are currently seeking a Customer Services Team Leader to join the Centre team at Westfield Miranda. Your opportunity As the Services Team Leader, you are proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment across Customer Experience desk & Valet. Reporting directly to the Services Supervisor, you will assist with overseeing the team & ensure operations are running smoothly across the Customer Experience desk & Valet team. A snapshot of your role: Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels within the service areas by ensuring processes, training and standards are managed Be empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift Assisting customers to ensure that every moment matters Provide leadership in all service areas including Customer Experience Desk, Valet and Carpark The position requires working on a 7-day rotational roster, and possessing a valid full driver's license is a requirement for the valet aspects of this role.
