As the business continues to grow and embrace new technology, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Pre-Construction & Customer Service Coordinator to join their office-based team in Rhodes. The Role: This is a senior, hands-on coordination role, responsible for proactively driving each customer file from contract stage through to site commencement. Your day-to-day will involve: Manage all pre-construction aspects of multiple client files, from contract preparation through to plan presentation meetings, and document preparation for council and third-party assessment; Provide regular updates to clients on their house progress from pre-construction to maintenance; Daily liaison of all departments within the business for multiple clients; Management of client files through tools such as Onsite Companion and Constructive (internal portals) Manage customer expectations and timelines across a multitude of different clients, projects and all of which were at different stages of the process; Provide resolution and problem solving for clients experiencing difficulties with the process; Liaise with third party brokers, bankers, council, developer, solicitors and other internal and external parties on behalf of the client to progress their file; Report to the Pre-construction and Customer Service Manager and work alongside one other CSO Additional Ad-Hoc duties as required About You: You’re someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. Ideally, you bring: 5 years of experience in a Pre-Construction, Customer Service, or Contracts Coordinator role within residential construction Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients, sales, councils, and internal teams Confidence in decision-making and ability to progress multiple jobs simultaneously A proactive attitude and desire to mentor and support others Experience using portals like Onsite Companion, Constructive, or similar systems will be highly regarded.
