CEM Alliance are seeking an Electrician for a workshop-based role working in the power generation & renewables field. This will be a long-term opportunity for the right person. Title Workshop Electrician Location Acacia Ridge – 20km from Brisbane CBD Pay rate $50 - $55 p/h Duration Ongoing | Temp – Perm opportunity FIFO / DIDO / Local Local workshop | Acacia Ridge, Brisbane Scope of works Installation, fit-out and service of diesel, hybrid & hydrogen generators & fuel tanks. Installation of cables, components of switchboards for new and refurbished generators Repair, maintenance, conversion & commissioning of electrical controls and wiring systems. 6am – 2pm | Monday – Friday 38 hours per week (occasional overtime / site installation duties) Requirements & Skills Australian Electrician trade qualification QLD Electrical Licence Aptitude and experience with power generation equipment Exposure to Electrical Testing Ability to read, understand and follow schematic and technical drawings Valid driver’s licence Able to pass medical and drug screen This position is NOT available to interstate applicants, those needing sponsorship or individuals that do not hold a current/valid QLD Electrical Licence https://cemalliance.com.au/
