Key Responsibilities Provide warm, personalised service to every customer Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate customers on performance and lifestyle benefits. Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store targets. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Assist with processing deliveries, stock management, and quarterly stocktake activities. Maintain store cleanliness and organisation to ensure an inspiring retail environment. About You Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded, you will bring a love for product and engaging with consumers Passionate about health, fitness, and helping customers find the right products. You want to develop with a business and progress in your role Strong communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, proactive, and driven to exceed sales and service expectations.
