Based in Perth, you'll be managing new retail facilities and major reinvestment projects across WA, with occasional interstate travel. The Role You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of new builds and refurbishment projects including: Full project lifecycle management from feasibility through to handover Contract administration (Australian Standard Form contracts, SOPA legislation) Budget management, cost control, and commercial negotiation Tender management and contractor/consultant procurement Stakeholder liaison across Real Estate, Operations, Business Partners, and external parties Ensuring compliance with NCC/BCA, WHS legislation, and brand standards Post-completion activities including defect management and project evaluation This is a hands-on role requiring site presence, commercial acumen, and strong technical capability.
