We offer a unique opportunity with equal focuses on engagement, technical expertise and deliverables outcomes Career advancement opportunities in a growing global business Work alongside a professional, friendly, and supportive team See your designs come to life — from concept through fabrication and operation in our onsite workshop Ongoing training and development Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family What You’ll Do: Client Engagement & Leadership Represent NEPEAN Conveyors on customer sites for engineering activities Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice and risk management support Support the sales team with concepts, calculations, and designs for tenders and bids Engineering & Design Deliver preliminary and detailed designs, layouts, schematics, and drawings for conveyor systems Complete audits, calculations, and compliance reports in line with Australian and ISO standards Innovate and optimise designs for performance and value Project Delivery & Site Work Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes for assigned work Lead commissioning activities and investigate field-related issues or improvement opportunities Work closely with third-party contractors and support our site service growth initiatives Documentation & Compliance Manage engineering documentation, drawings, reports, and revision control Conduct audits of fixed and mobile plant as required What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (bulk material handling / heavy industrial / mining industry preferred) Strong leadership and ability to manage engineering outcomes to budgets, standards, and deadlines Proven experience in conveyor design and commissioning Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault) Current full driver’s licence (Class C) Ready for your next challenge?
