Sales Account Executive - Water Heating Solutions (Engineering Consultancies) About the Company Our client is a market leader in innovative water heating systems designed to meet BASIX, NCC, and other energy efficiency standards . Their products are engineered for performance, sustainability, and compliance - making them the go-to choice for engineering and design consultants working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The Role We're seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to build relationships with engineering and hydraulic consultancies across NSW. You'll provide technical product support, help consultants specify the right water heating solutions for their designs, and identify opportunities to add value through energy-efficient technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with consulting engineers and specifiers. Promote water heating systems aligned with BASIX, Section J, and other regulatory requirements. Provide technical and specification support to ensure accurate product inclusion in design documentation. Prepare tenders, proposals, and project pricing. Track projects from design through to procurement, maintaining regular contact with consultants and builders. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and sustainable design initiatives. What You'll Bring: Proven sales experience with plumbing, HVAC, or building services products ideal but not essential Previous expereince in specification sales to Engineers - Essential Strong understanding of hot water systems, energy efficiency, or BASIX compliance. Ability to read technical drawings/specs and communicate effectively with engineers. A proactive, relationship-driven sales style and excellent presentation skills.
