About the Role You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of mid to large-scale commercial projects, supporting the commercial and project teams through effective contract management, cost reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This position offers variety, challenge, and the backing of a Tier 2 builder with strong systems and experienced leadership. Key Responsibilities Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award to final account. Prepare and review variations, progress claims, and procurement documentation. Support cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure compliance and clarity. Assist in tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and risk management. About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction sector. Strong knowledge of WA building contracts, compliance, and procurement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong financial and analytical capability. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities. Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights.
