TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA construction contractor to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator for upcoming commercial fitout projects in Perth’s CBD . This role offers a rare blend of site and office-based work, providing strong exposure to both operational and commercial aspects of project delivery. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values collaboration, professional development, and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts and subcontracts from award through to close-out. Prepare and process variations, progress claims, and procurement documentation. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project delivery. Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors with cost tracking and reporting. Ensure all works comply with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. About You Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial or fitout construction . Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite . Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights required. What’s On Offer $110K–$130K Super (depending on experience).
