This D&C builder are looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join their Fitout and Refurbishment division which includes delivering Retail Fitout and Refurbishment projects up to $1M. Role Reporting to a Project Manager, this role will be based from an office location in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and will include: Assist with drafting up project scopes Manage subcontractor quotes and payments Gaining and following up on project permits Liazing with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders Assist Project Manager with other duties Requirements Previous Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator experience for a headcontractor Fitout and Refurbishment project experience heavily favorable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player mindset, fast learner and willingness to learn Proficient with MS Project software Full Australian working rights Interested?
