About the Role This Brisbane-based permanent role offers hybrid flexibility to work two days a week from home. You’ll lead the creation of high-quality visual content across campaigns, reports, social media, video, animation, and digital experiences. From animating infographics to editing videos and designing complex maps, you’ll bring clarity and creativity to every brief. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs, manage jobs through structured workflows, and deliver assets that are both brand-aligned and strategically impactful. The role offers scope to be creative, challenge convention, and elevate the brand through innovative design. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging visual content across print, digital, motion graphics, and video Translate complex information into clear, visually compelling formats (e.g. animated infographics, map animations) Edit and optimise video content for diverse platforms Manage multiple projects and timelines using Monday.com, ensuring on-time delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions Maintain brand consistency while evolving creative expression Contribute to reusable templates and design systems (e.g. Canva) Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced tools Ensure accessibility and quality across all formats About You You’re a confident communicator and creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy the challenge of quick turnarounds, pivoting between mediums, and finding smarter ways to visually represent ideas. You’re self-directed but collaborative, and you bring a high level of craft to everything you do. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent experience 7 years in senior brand design roles (in-house or agency) Strong portfolio showcasing strategic, conceptual work across a range of mediums, such as print, digital, motion graphics, and video (must be included with application) High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Canva Experience managing creative briefs and timelines using project management software like Monday.com Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design Bonus Skills Understanding of UI/UX principles (not a UX/UI role, but user experience awareness is important) Experience with email platforms (e.g. Vision 6) Why Join Us?
