E.g. sometimes work comes in that's a bit quirky. Yes, we jump in ! I can guarantee you won't be chugging away in 12D the whole day though (unless you want to be) and you will have access to learning and development tools AND time with senior staff so you can learn from them. About you You'll have done this role before - this is the next step up. You know what to do, you'll be designing earthworks, stormwater, drainage and the odd local road or retaining wall. You'll put together RFIs, help with tender documents, check out site from time to time. Give it a year or two (depending on your entry level) and we will be talking about DAS accreditations and from there, moving to a senior position. There's career progression here.
