About the Role: As the General Manager - Sales , you will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of divisional and departmental leaders across sales, operations, marketing, and finance. You will be responsible for steering strategic business initiatives, driving sales performance, and fostering a high-performance culture grounded in operational excellence and customer focus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the national business strategy with a focus on sales growth and market share Oversee sales and marketing functions to drive commercial performance and customer engagement Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Provide commercial leadership on pricing, forecasting, and margin performance Drive excellence in financial and operational planning; full P&L responsibility Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national team Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards Champion customer relationships, retention, and service quality About You: We’re looking for a strategic leader and hands-on operator who brings energy, structure, and accountability to the role.
