We’re looking for an experienced Final Trim Loader Operator to join civil project in Capel and the wider South West (this is for 9-12 months on the one job). You’ll be apart of a small crew on site and deliver high-quality final trim outcomes on the loader across subdivisions, roadworks and general civils. Key Responsibilitie Operate loaders to final trim: road base prep, house pad trimming, verges and load-out. Read plans/levels, work to stringline/laser (GPS experience highly regarded). Work safely around services (water, power, comms) and ensure best-practice controls. Complete pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, basic daily maintenance and quality checks. Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors and truck drivers to keep production on track. Support general civils as required What We Need From You Strong civils background (subdivisions/roadworks/earthworks) with proven operating experience. Demonstrated final trim proficiency on a loader (house pads/road base to spec). Leading hand experience highly regarded. Confident working around services and reading plans/levels. Current White Card and relevant plant tickets/VOCs (Loader essential; Excavator/Skid Steer a bonus). Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport.
