Key responsibilities include: Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and compliance schedules. Managing service providers, tenders, and contractor relationships. Assisting with budgets, quotes, and monthly reporting. Overseeing tenant relations and ensuring quality service delivery. About You We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You will bring: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory) Sound knowledge of leases, contracts, building maintenance, and compliance.
