Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and update construction schedules from pre-start through to handover Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and variations to ensure scheduling accuracy Liaise closely with site supervisors, estimators, and procurement teams to maintain timelines and efficiency Track material orders, progress updates, and supplier coordination using Databuild software Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts to support timely project delivery Provide administrative and reporting support to ensure seamless workflow across departments What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Scheduler within the residential building sector Strong understanding of single-storey home construction processes Proficiency in Databuild is essential Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Competitive salary package $90K–$95K Super (DOE) Permanent, full-time position offering long-term job security Exposure to a variety of residential projects with strong builder reputation Supportive, close-knit office culture with approachable leadership Opportunity to grow your construction administration and project coordination skills Ready to take the next step in your scheduling career?
