About the role Organising and maintaining Field Technician induction & training registers. Maintaining customer's portals including monitoring induction requirements, uploading HSE insurance certificates. Raising purchase requisitions for job-related expenses and following up on orders. Coordinating goods receiving processes to ensure accuracy. Processing expense reimbursements in a timely manner. Setting up and maintaining customer master data with accuracy and consistency. Support month-end closing activities. Provide support and assistance to the Lead Administrator. General branch administration support and tasks as required.
